Andre conquered the fashion world with his fresh look and attention to detail. The designer admits that Hindu Philosophy and Sahaja Yoga have greatly influenced his world view. Many of andre TAN’s clients are sure that his clothes possess positive energy and bring good luck.

Having finished Technical School, Andre entered Kiev University of Technology and Design. During his studies he managed to work as a stylist on the TV channel “Noviy Canal”, opened his own design studio in Kiev, and created a collection for Rulsana (Ukrainian singer) for the contest “Eurovision 2005”.
Andre was introduced to the public through a television show called “Victim of Fashion” on “Noviv Canal”.  Soon after his appearance he was invited to work as a stylist on a popular TV show “Chance” on TV channel “Inter”.

Andre’s talent allowed him to travel to study with “Hugo Boss” in Germany and to St.Martins college of Art in London.  His studies have led him to create unique designs combining elegance and comfort.
During the show “Fall-Winter 2006-2007”, andre TAN introduced a new direction in fashion - Smart Couture.  Smart Couture is intellectual fashion meant to appeal to the modern day woman. Many fashionistas in Ukraine and Russia have chosen Smart Couture as the basis of their personal style.

Andre rose to popularity almost overnight, but despite his fame he remains humble. “The best proof that you are realized as a designer is when the clothes you make are in popular demand.” – Andre says.
People say that Andre Tan is the embodiment of the American dream. He had nothing and is now the subject of great adulation and respect in the fashion world.  Despite his accomplishments, Andre believes there is a lot left to be done…
